W2K Pro Printer & Task Bar

#1 Would like to install network printers as Admin on the new pro WS’s build. Then have them show up by default for all users. And not install them for every user.
#2 Would like to setup the pro task-bar on the new build as Admin then have it showup that way for all users, no idea where the file is located or how to do this.
