W2K Pro & W95 Nodes not displayed in NT

I have Small Business Server 4.5 running NT 4.0 SP6a. A Windows 2000 Pro SP2 node and a Windows 95 OSR2 node are not seen via Network Neighborhood in NT Explorer. A LMHOSTS file has been created on my NT 4.0 SP6a Workstation. The two entries in question have a #PRE suffix. The nbtstat -c command shows the entries with the #PRE settings. Maximum node size is 6 character, in the format of NODEnn.
