W2K RAS errors 619 771 721 Juno ISP

Hi,
I have a Dell PC running W2K. The PC has an external modem Zoom/Modem USB v.92 Model 3090. It will connect to a test account that I create with dial up networking using just the phone number to access. I do not use software for the test account. When I use Juno I recieve the RAS errors 771 and 721. I uninstalled the advanced networking components, TCP/IP and the Winsock folders. Uninstalled Juno as well. When I reinstalled the networking components and reinstalled Juno it dialed out to Juno’s server and downloaded the local access numbers for me to choose and accepted the user name and PW. When I try to log on after the initial setup, that is whn I get the RAS errors.
