W2k regrem.exe error on logoff

Everytime I log off of my W2K domain controller, I get about 5 seconds of continuous keyboard beeps and for about a 1/2 second, the following error message blips on and then off:

ExceptionEAccessViolation in module RegRem.exe at 000222F4. Accessviolation at address 004222F4 in module ‘RegRem.exe’. Write of address 00000140.
