W2K Server at Remote Site

Here’s my current setup, our central office in St. Louis, MO. with 4 w2k domain controllers, dc1 handles DNS & Exchange 2k. We have a VPN tunnel to our Atlanta office and what I would like to do is setup another w2k server in our Atlanta office, the main purpose would be so Atlanta users can use our internal DNS records for intranet purposes. Also set up a local file/print server in Atlanta that will authenticate using the same accounts on our St. Louis domain controller. Is it just a matter of creating another domain controller in the domain or do i need to setup a child domain like atl.domainname.com? This is were I’m lost. Thanks
