The question I have is I would like to set up a VPN from one W2k Server to another W2k Server (both have Proxy Server 2.0 as firewall) and be able to have clients to be able to see and connect to other client computers on either location. Both Servers are on the same domain. Both servers have and internal and external NIC. Internal on one domain is 192.168.5.1/24 and the other is 192.16.2.1/24 (meaning both are subnetted as class C). The external NICs are connected to the internet. I was able to set up routing over the VPN but for some reason the Win98 clients at the remote location will not log on to the network. The Win2k Pro clients were difficult but did join. I can take the Win98 clients to the main office and they will log on to the network and will work once I get them back to the remote office. Any suggestions on configuring my VPN to route properly? I even tried removing the firewall one night just to get them to join but no success. It wouldn’t be a problem but I have about 30+ Win98 clients to join and carrying them back and forth one at a time is not an option. I appreciate any and all suggestions! Thanks!
