W2K Task Scheduler and VB and VBScript

I have two simple apps that I need to run nightly via the task scheduler. Problem is they won’t. Both apps run if started manually and perform exactly as designed. The task scheduler is set to a local admin account (not SYSTEM) that also has Full control permissions to the apps and the shares. Still no luck.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
