W2K Terminal Server

I would like to be able to connect to my W2K server via the by using its IP Address. I would ideally like to be able to use Terminal Services as Remote Adminstration mode. What am asking is a) can it be done
b) how is it done
I have looked at MSsite and am at a loss..
Would I need to enable IIS5 on the W2K server and how is that configured as I wouldn’t want to leave my system exposed?
Any help or idiot guide pointers would be useful!
