We are using a W2k TS server and W98/W2k clients and haveing problems with the “local printers” for the clients. The first is when the client connects to the TS server for the first time they dont get the “local printer” in the session. But the ports are visible in the TS server. So i manually installs printerdriver to the TS001 \\”computername”\LPT1: on the server and change the printersettings. The TS client also has up to 4 ports (LPT1, PRN0; PRN1 and PRN2). This is not a problem but it should be by “default”? When the printerdriver is added, it is working from the client and it has worked for a while. But now when the clients reconnect and try to print, the TS server port for the clientssession is not printing to the local printer. Butif i manually change to another port (que)ex LPT1 or PRN0, its working?
