W2KAS & FTP

I have a W2KAS running FTP w/o anonymous connections. Files are created every day in the default ftp site directory. The first time the files are created I get them just fine. Every day after the first day, I get the first day’s file over and over even though new files have been created each of the following 2 days. Only way I have been able to correct it is to start/stop the ftp service. Any ideas why this might be happening??
