Want to change admin password?? But??

I want to change Administrator password on my local network (W2k domain with nt/98 clients).

I want to know what would be its effects? Like on services, application etc.

We are running w2k, NT4 srv/wrks, 98, IIS 4/5, SQL7, Exchange5.5, 2000
