Watch TV, Playstation on computermonitor

I am going to college and do not want to carry my computer and my tv. Is there a way I can use my computer to watch tv, a vcr, and play my playstation game on. I have a 3.0 gzh computer with a ati radeon 9800 pro 128 mb graphics card and a good sound system on it.
