Watermarks on read only documents.

by dave.raj . Updated 24 years, 10 months ago

Hi, Let me explain my scenario first. On our network I have created a folder which is read only for all of the staff, except for one person who has full permission. This folder will have word and excel documents. Now what I need to do is when a person with read only rights prints a documents from this folder, as default it will have a watermark on it, and when the person with full rights prints from this folder it will have no watermarks on it. Now I don’t need to know how to create watermarks on the documents because I know how to do that. But what I need to know is how to create watermarks as default for people with read only rights. Is this possible and has anyone got a feasible solution for this. This will be very much appreciated. If anyone needs more information they can email me on dave.raj@yzk.com. Thanks
Dave
