Wave files to compact disks

Question
I have the capability to record old vinyl LP’s and singles to the harddrive
using wav files. Problem is how does one convert wav files to proper
compact disk supportable sound. I can make MP3 files from CD’s but that
does not worry me. Can anyone help.
