Web Page Deployment

We are putting in a Cisco LocalDirector. This will allow us to load balance (server farm) our web pages. The problem is that we will have to update web pages twice, currently we only have 2 web servers in the farm. We are looking for a product that will help us automate the updating process. We are looking at MS Application Center Server but it will lock us into MS as our OS, this is something I would like to avoid. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
