web ramp i400x compatability

Since replacing my NT4 server with 2000 Advanced, my web ramp(webramp i440x, ISDN) turns itself on every five minutes (when not in use). As this never happened under NT, it must be an issue with 2000, but all the event log tells me is that the webramp is turning itself on. Not being the brightest myself, has anyone any suggestions? Thanks.
