Web Site Problem On IIS5

Web site was working, now you have to go to the web address TWO times in the same browser windows before it comes up. This happenes internally and externally.

Syntax for website is:
www.webpage.com/directory/default.asp

Web site security: anonymous allowed.
NTFS settings on files: Everyone – Full

Any ideas?
