WebCam Problem

I bought a USBWebcam (PC-EYE)and after I have installed the relative software and Drivers I still cannot have a response. I get a fatal exception notification “A fatal exception 06 occurred at 0028:FF068296 in VXD omcamvid(01) + 00014D96. What canI do to remedy the situation?
