Websense Log Server

Anyone have experience with Websense and the log server? I cannot get the log server and websense server to communicate with each other on any ports so I can log internet activity. I have tried even installing the log server onto the same server as websense and it still does not work. Their support did not help much the first time around so I figured I would post a Q here before I call again.
