We recently purchased a security tool. When I run this programs on our webserver it is showing following errors. Please help me to solve this problem.
Error 1. msg+The user ‘IUSR_RAGS’ is not authorised to execute the ‘open service’ method.
(It is possible by making a vermeer RPC request to /_vti_bin/shatml.dll to get the name of the anonymous Internet account. If you don’t use FrontPage delete this dll).
I deleted this file but even after I am getting the same error when I run the security tool software.

Fpcount.exe has been found in the /_vti_bin/directory. If, when the link above is followed, fifteen digits are dispalyed this version of fpcount.exe is from the Front Page Server Extensions 97 package and it contains a buffer overrun that allows remote of arbitary code.
This should be deleted until a copy of the 98 version of Front page can be obtained.
Please, Can you explain me in details. Because I have not get the clear picture from the above report.
