Website counter problems

Hi, recently Ive been soaking up as much knowledge as I can about webdesign, I find it fun and entertaining and hopefully will start a career revolving around it, but there is one problem i keep having on counting visits without using all the software thats out there. http://www.outwar.com/page.php?x=104969 u can see for yourself the problem im having, please tell me if you know of a way this can be fixed
