Website Terms Acceptance popup needed

I need to have a legal disclaimer pop up when our website homepage is loaded, and have the user click on an “Accept” button before being able to proceed. A bit like the Age Verification page you see on those “adult” sites, but this is not one of them!

Anyone have or point me to a script or template page I can use for this?
