Website will not stay up

I have a web server that runs Windows NT 4
w/SP4. I cannot figure out why our website
keeps dropping. The services that keep dropping are FTP publishing service, IIS
Admin Service, & WWW publishing service.
I’ve tried rebooting the server, ran norton
anti-virus on it (no viruses). About every
5-10 mins. (after manually starting the above
services) these services stop. I’ve looked in
the event log and it shows no record of these
services being stopped or crashing. This is
a tough one.
