Weird Explorer Problem

This just started. For some reason, on one PC, I can’t seem to get it to “keep” Detailed View. I go to Windows Explorer, and it opens in Icon View every time. I switch it, tell it to Apply to all folders, open Explorer again, and it’s back to Icon View.

Can’t figure it out. What can I try?
