Welcome Screen

I installed Xp logmod 2.0 in order to modify or add spices 2 my welcome screen. I added a logon screen but it didn’t work well and now i cannot put back the windows default welcome screen. Pls i need help on restoring the welcome default screen cuz my computer no more uses its welcome or fast sitching mode
