What Happened?

I have a big mess…I turned on my CPU today, and I clicked on my Weather Channel Desktop Weather. I got a messege telling me that I must be connected to the internet in order to run Desktop Weather. I also clicked on IE. I was no longer logged on to my HP (my.msn.com) Once I got connected, on the bottom left hand side of IE is the messege Error on Page. No Images are displayed just the red X’s. I cant connect to AIM or MSN IM either. It also took a long time to load. Now, I have a Cable connection !!!! I am always connected !!!! The only thing I can think of is this: Last night I cleared my Cache using PC Doc On Call. What Happened? What do I do?
