What is SKSMAILD.exe

by johngreer . Updated 23 years, 4 months ago

I’m running XP Home, and over the last few days I’ve noticed SKSMAILD taking over my computer. Right now it’s running over 95% of my CPU and has more than 5 trillion I/O read bytes.

I just lowered it’s priority and can now use my computer again. I know I need more memory (I have 256MB and am looking to purchase 512MB more).

What is SKSMAILD.exe and why am I just noticing it?
