What is the form factor

I am putting together a new PC using the perfect chassis, only problem is the old power supply that is attached is just that, OLD…about 8 yrs on a compaq, how do i know if it is atx compatable, and if its not, how do I find an atx that will mount to this chassis? Thanks, Phil
