What is the syntax for SYSPART

What is the syntax for SYSPART
I am trying to create a partial 2000 server installation on a on a slave hard drive. I am using WINNT32 with a SYSPART switch

Here is how I am set up

? C: drive has 2000 server on it
? E: drive is a slave drive
?I have a 2000 server install CD in the CD Drive
?I have an answer file in the floppy drive ( unattend.txt)

From a CD Drive command prompt D:, I am trying to execute WINNT32 with a SYSPART switch. This is suppose to create a partial installation of 2000 server onto the slave drive. Does anyone know the exact Syntax to use for executing a WINNT32 /u:a:\unattend.txt /syspart so that the slave drive will have a partial 2000 installation?
