What to do?

I was given a pc Compaq Deskpro with Windows XP.

I can’t do anything. I can log onto the machine with one profile, but cannot create or delete any other profiles.
C:\inaccessible. C:drive is full. 0 bytes of free space.

Where do i begin. I was given now boot disk with the pc.
