What type of company will value an IT staff with Master Degree?

I am currently taking a MSc IT Management course and will be graduating within a few months. My background includes a BSc and 6+ years of programming experience. I just wonder which type and size company would hire people like me…and how will companies appreciate an experienced IT staff with a high degree.
