Where can I find the specs on Windows ME

I am trying to find the specs on WinME. It is for a research project and I’d like info about: architecture(32b), how it deals with 16bit programs, paging, file swapping, memmory allocation (where, how it stores-creates memmory map), info like that. I find very few white papers (if any) that deal with the design of the O/S. I am probably looking in wrong direction so guidance would be appreciated.
