Where can I get replication steps

I’m having problems getting my PDC to replicat my log on scripts to replicate, I get in event viewer: The replication server could not update directory Scripts from the source on KSN-INC due to error 32. Any suggestions where to fine replication trouble shooting tips ? . have a couple of books nether one helps
