Where is SETUP on Windows XP.

Need to reload windows without reformatting Hard Disk.
No CD supplied. Appears that hard disk has two partition 2GB and 36GB. One is hidden. When boot from Floppy see only 360 MG free space on C: No SETUP anywhere on C:. Where is it !!
