Where is Web Folder in WinME?

I have asked a similar question before but no solution found.

Can anyone out there who’s running WinME ever see a Web folder in “My Computer”. I have check five and can’t find one machine that has it. Win95, Win98 OK but not on WINME WHY?

I have tried Microsoft knowlegde base. Upgraded to IE6, back to IE 5.5. Reloaded Office 2000. Still no Web Folder on WINME Machines?
