Where is Win98 in Win2K

Hi,
I manage a small LAN with 1 W2k DC. I have added a Win98 PC and users can log onto the domain no problem. The Win98 PC can see the server. The Server can ping the win98 client, but can’t see it in Network Neighbourhood. Is this a DNS problem onthe client PC?
