Where is XP SP1?

We tiny system builders are in the dark. Now MSFT has settled with Sun there is no place easy to find to get the SP1’s Virtual Machine I need for my XP installs. Why is this such a secret for tiny MSFT OEM System Builders? I checked their site and there were several questions about this in the last few days without a single usable answer. One MSCE tech left a URL to download the VM, but my access is denied. I don’t understand it, I am a registered OEM System Builder.
