where to obtain clip gallery 3.0

when installing office 97 pro or office 2000 pro’s clip art,they prompt me to install clip gallery 3.0 and above first
tried to install clipart from both 97 and 2k’s CD but manage to obtain the same error msg.any other means to obtain clip gallery 3.0 or above?
