Which SDRAM slots are occupied?

How can I tell which SDRAM slots are occupied in a Dell PowerEdge 4400 server without turning it off? What software utility could tell me that?
(The downtime would not be acceptable, and it’s running in a rack so the case is hard to take off.)
Probably impossible?
