We have CRM product vendors and integrators and supporters and… USERS!
The changing face of technology – since the internet came in 1995 to Java to mobile computing today – dictates that whatever you use, has to be scalable – technology wise.
What are the best practices you can think of to keep your CRM solution upto date technology wise?
