Who’s needed in the team?

For those of you who have had experience in building e-commerce sites – can you please tell me who’s actually required in a team in order to build a ‘huge’ e-commerce web site (like ‘lastminute’ or ‘amazon’), & at what stages (e.g. time) are they required?
