Why can’t some client browsers access th

We recently installed a new T-1 line for dedicated access. Now, after all that, most clients with WIN98/IE 5.5 can access, some cant. The settings are the same. I have noticed that the ones who cant have MY COMPUTER showing up in the ZONE bar at the bottom right of the browser. I have never seen this before. Any help here would be great.
