Why does IIS Configuration stall?

When I try to add the IIS to my Win2k Pro box, it gets to “Completing Configuraion of IIS” and then stalls. The process doesn’t lockup, but it doesn’t go anywhere, I let it sit for 24 hours and nothing happned. Here is exactly what I am doing. Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs -> Add / Remove Windows Components -> Check IIS -> Next. It builds the file list, copy the files, and then stalls when it hits “Completing Configuration of IIS”

Anyone know what might causethis?
