Why is DiskMax 4.56 missing info in the "Read More" link?

I’m a little uncomfortable blindly downloading, and executing, an exe file without the offered “Read More” blue colored text (or link). Clicking on that simply jumps to the DownLoad screen, and does NOT add any info on the utility. Whuts Up?
