Why should I go for Win 2K Server

I am using Win NT 4 OS on High end Server. I need one more High End server. I am lil bit confuse in choosing the right OS NT4/win2K). I need a comparision between these OS to decide. My NT server is quite Stable. I wanted to buy Win2K. Pl. guide me with good points. So that I can take the right decision.
