Wild Tangent…SpyWare??

I have Adware and Spybot S&D, both show hundreds of Wild Tangent instances. When it comes to deleting spyware and adware, what does Wild Tangent fall under? Is it safe to delete these items using Adware and SpyBot? What are the reprocutions? Do I really even need Wild Tangent Web Driver? This program takes up about 80% of listed items in both programs. What is recommended?
