will it boot or will it not?

Installed Win XP +Sp1 Clean install All drivers Bios etc Up to date CPU Athlon 1400 on Abit KT7A raid Raid not used Memory 1024 HDrive 2×40 1 x 80 udma 100 all prtitioned into app 20Gig Partitions

Fitted new Radeon 9700 Pro Pc runs extreemly fast,
Nature on 2001 runs 175 frames per sec at 1152x856x at 77.0 Htz by 85 Hz. Monitor Sony Trinatron running as above Temperature – System never goes beyond 32 Deg C cpu average 50c.

That is when it boots often have to switch on 2 0r 3 times before Monitor shows picture
How can I fix this please to boot first time all the time All other drivers are the latest.
