Will Windows XP mix with Lantastic?

I take care of 12 computers in our office and have little formal training. I am used to Lantastic 8.1 for our networking software. My question is this; we can only upgrade computers 1 at a time because of finances and I need to know if Lantastic will run on XP without conflict.
