Win 2000 coexist with NT Server 4.0 ?

Hi, Can the Windows 2000 Server (as PDC authenticating users) on domain coexist with NT Server 4.0 (as BDC), or do I need to have all Win2K Servers ? what about Clients ? Can we have win9x systems on a Win2K domain ?
