Win 2000 Memory utility

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of a utility, program, or method where we can determine what is loaded into specific memory locations on the server? We have a particular memory address that contains some program or process. This mem address is causing server problems. We need to find out what is loaded into that specific memory address.

Does anyone know of a utility or web site that will have a utility to specifiy what is loaded in this memory address? A web site address or company name where we can download, or purchase.
